Dell is reportedly only paying $12 million for a company whose four investors kicked in $70 million over the last 10 years. The acquisition is supposed to give Dell its first R&D center in Israel. Our revised revenue projections for 2010 is on track for an all time record revenues since our company's inception in 1994, including media sales up in January from a year ago.
